Welcome to SoloBizLegal. These Terms of Service govern your use of our legal solutions for independent professionals. By engaging with our services, purchasing an info product or acquiring a good from SoloBizLegal, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope
SoloBizLegal offers three categories: legal services, info products and goods. Each category has specific conditions for scheduling, access and refunds as detailed below.
2. Legal Services
2.1 Description
We provide consulting, document drafting, review and representation. Appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed by email.
2.2 Scheduling and Rescheduling
You may reschedule an appointment up to 7 days before its date at no extra charge. Requests made within 7 days may incur a fee or be subject to availability. Services must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of the charged amount. Cancellations within 7 days may qualify for a 50% refund of the charged amount. Custom or urgent services expressly marked as non-refundable will not be refunded due to preparatory work and resource allocation. Instead, you may reschedule at no cost.
3. Info Products
3.1 Description
Info products include digital manuals, e-books and pre-recorded courses. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.
3.2 Access
Your access link is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Sharing access is prohibited.
3.3 Refunds
Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via our contact form. If you have accessed more than 10% of the content, no refund will be issued. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment account within 14 days of approval.
4. Goods
4.1 Description
Goods consist of printed manuals, templates on USB media or other physical items.
4.2 Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination. Tracking information will be provided when available.
4.3 Returns and Refunds
You may return unopened goods within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated via our contact form. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment account within 14 days. Goods that are opened or damaged by you are not eligible for a refund.
5. General Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted through our contact form. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. If your payment method is unavailable, we will offer a credit toward future services. No fees will be charged when a refund or credit is approved under the conditions above.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are due at the time of ordering. We accept major payment methods as indicated at checkout. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order or appointment.
